Manmukhhan di eho nishani maya vich rehnde galtaan;
Manmukhhan di eho nishani poojan jehrhe marhi masaan.
Manmukhhan di eho nishani kanchan kaamani pichchhe marde;
Manmukhhan di eho nishani din te ratin chatty bharde.
Manmukhhan di eho nishani haumen de vich rehnde choor;
Manmukhhan di eho nishani saadhjanan ton rehnde door.

Dukhan marya manmukh har dam karda rehnda haal pukar;

The sign of a self-willed person is that, he gives utmost importance to the worldly possessions and feels it greater than anything else in this world. The sign of a self-willed person is that, he prays and worships the graves not wanting to attain the divine truth. The sign of a self-willed person is that, he gets attracted and runs after women and wealth. The sign of a self-willed person is that, he wastes his time doing nothing day and night. The sign of a self-willed person is that, he is busy and obsessed about him and his ego. He does not see anything besides himself and his wants. The sign of a self-willed person is that, he stays away from saints, who can help him attain this divine truth. The sign of a self-willed person is that, he loves only his family i.e. his wife, sons and daughters. The sign of a self-willed person is that, he does not want this Nirankar to dwell within him. He is always self-centered with his wants. A self-willed person is in pain and agony with worldly sorrows and always keeps shouting and crying. Avtar says, he loses his entire life and his purpose, like a gambler loses all his possession while gambling.
